Catalyst CIC is working with NEA (National Energy Action) this year to deliver outreach events and home visits to help consumers with energy-related issues. We will be working around Birmingham to give energy advice, help people switch and save, find out if they are eligible for discounts or assistance and apply for energy-efficiency installations to homes through our ‘assisted action’ program.
For frontline workers, we are also offering training to be able to signpost and advise vulnerable clients about energy related concerns in relation to their living environment. If you provide a service which involves everyday contact with vulnerable people, please contact us.
