Catalyst is currently providing FREE Frontline Training on behalf of the Big Energy Saving Network. If you are a member of staff in a frontline service and in contact with members of the public in your day-to-day work, this training will equip you with the skills and knowledge to address fuel poverty and the impacts of cold homes with energy saving action.
Our training will include:
- Payment and tariff options
- Understanding fuel bills and statements
- Switching suppliers
- Promoting behavioural change and understanding the running costs of appliances
- Further assistance available
- Improving energy efficiency
